Supporting the smarts of its revolutionary housekeeping optimisation solution with action, Optii Solutions is launching its ‘Partner Programme’ to selected hotels.
Available to only 2 hotels in each geographical region, Optii partners with hotels in minimising the risk inherent in the acquisition of technology. Designed to meet the needs of hotel budgeting cycles, it allows their hotel clients to take advantage of the benefits of the Optii Keeper solution sooner, rather than later. The prevailing economic conditions are placing many hotel operators and owners into a risk-averse mindset. Technology investments, although proven to deliver an ROI in less than a year, are blocked simply for fear of lack of delivery. Ultimately, this means profits that could be realised now, are put off until later. Optii’s Partnership Programme addresses this situation by allowing hotels to increase their profitability and operations NOW. The programme limits the key elements of equipment risk and commitment.
Should the hotel not achieve a 10% saving on their room attendant payroll, the Partner Programme allows hotels to discontinue their subscription after 12 months, at which time Optii guarantees to purchase the PDAs from the hotel at a pre-agreed amount.
