I AM NOT SURE WHETHER MY ROOM ATTENDANTS KNOW HOW TO USE A PDAA concern that was shared by us, but then proven wrong in every single hotel we are working with. Most room attendants have a mobile phone and even the ones that don't, have children or are otherwise familliar with technology these days, even away from the large cities. On top of this, the PDAs are specifically designed to be very simple, to the point and not confuse room attendants with options. Optii has never had a PDA returned because of rough handling.
