Lead Generation Marketing Specialist

This exciting new data-driven role will report to the Global Marketing Manager, to ensure a successful and well-rounded lead generation plan for each region (AMER, EMEA & APAC). The Lead Generation Marketing Specialist will work closely with the sales teams, PR firm and product team to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives, sales collateral, and targeted campaigns based on trends and market demands. This person will be responsible for email marketing, website development and social media supporting elements (content, videos, downloads, etc.), to optimize website traffic and maximize conversion rates; including but not limited to developing and managing paid ads, pay per click, re-marketing, social media posting, campaign set up and execution, SEO, website updates, and more.

Given the primary focus of this role is lead generation and conversion rate optimization, this role will help identify and execute inbound marketing activities across channels, targeting the different stages of the marketing funnel (being familiar with the TOFU,MOFU,BOFU approach is a plus). Having the ability to establish metrics, benchmarks and reports, this role will analyze marketing outcomes, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful global marketing plans with specific objectives to reach annual targets.


  • This role is ideal for a marketing professional highly tuned towards accelerating the lead conversion within the marketing funnel with inbound marketing activities across channels, based on market trends and demand.

  • Lead the plan and execution of marketing activities across multiple channels (eDMs, social media, webinars, events, etc.), leveraging internal support and driving high conversion rates.

  • Analyze activity performance and develop improvement strategies across the marketing strategy plan.

  • Manage the social media and event calendar (staying on track with upcoming events and scheduling social posts on LinkedIn and Facebook.)

  • Participate and collaborate in the development of marketing plans, focusing on marketings and overall company goals.

  • Plan, and execute global industry events (virtual and on-site: work closely with vendors, booth set-up, break down of booth, shipping marketing materials, ensure sales follow a lead capture process during the event, and more.)

  • Other duties as assigned and directed


  • 1-2 year experience in hospitality or tech industry is highly desired

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, marketing, communications, or related field



  • Inbound Marketing knowledge is required

  • Experience with a Marketing Automation system (preferably HubSpot) is desired but not required and Google Analytics proficient.

  • Position is located in our office in Austin, Texas. Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
