Optii is seeking a Marketing specialist to help develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. With a focus on lead generation and conversion, this role will be critical to the growth of the sales pipeline and new business. The role requires an individual who is a self-starter, collaborative and results-oriented to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives for Optii and with Optii partners. With a small team, this new team member will have a lot of autonomy to shape and influence the marketing programs at Optii. The role will help manage a content and PR agency, along with contractors that support marketing.
THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
This role is ideal for a marketing professional highly tuned towards creating and managing inbound marketing activities across channels, based on market trends and demand.
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
Manage social media, content, and event calendar (staying on track with upcoming events and scheduling social posts )
Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor marketing initiatives
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
Participate and collaborate in the development of marketing plans, focusing on marketings and overall company goals.
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
Ability to travel as necessary
