We are seeking a full-time QA Engineer to join the team in our Austin office or remotely . This role demands an enthusiastic individual with flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment where you will be provided with opportunities to work with the latest technologies.

The successful candidate will:

Be autonomous. You take full ownership of your work and take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.
Develops, revises and maintains test plans, test cases, test data
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Add a funny joke to your resume
Work collaboratively with all members of the team including developers, testers, product management and customer support
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Required Skills

You're passionate about testing software
An advanced degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years of being a part of a fast pacing agile software development team as a QA team member
Perform end-to-end testing, this will include writing test cases, creating/maintaining test data, add/execute test suites in TestRail, perform testing and log issues with detailed steps
Log, track, and manage bugs from creation to resolution
Experience with software quality assurance tools and processes
Experience with testing mobile/responsive applications
Knowledge of SQL
Comfortable with different software tools such as Confluence, Jira, TestRail, Google Sheet

Preferred Skills

API testing experience is a plus with hands on experience using Postman
