Onboarding moves through four phases. Each one has a clear purpose, and you always know where you are and what comes next.
Phase 1: Kickoff. We start with a kickoff call to get to know your goals, define what success looks like for your property, and walk through the timeline together. This is where we shape the plan around your hotel, your priorities, and your calendar. You tell us what winning looks like, and we build toward it with you.
Phase 2: Setup and configuration. This phase we make sure Optii is set up perfectly for you, so you can achieve success and value quickly. It covers everything from deploying the system to integrating it seamlessly with the infrastructure you already have.
Phase 3: Training. We keep training focused and friendly. Rather than asking your whole team to learn everything at once, we start by empowering your designated Property Champions, the people who will use Optii day to day and support everyone around them. We pair hands on product training with resources from our knowledge base, chosen specifically for your goals. Your champions leave training feeling confident, and that confidence spreads naturally across the team.
Phase 4: Launch. Launch is a moment we reach together, not a switch we flip and walk away from. We stay right beside you, actively supporting adoption and checking in on how the team is settling in, so Optii becomes a natural part of how your people work and everyone feels supported along the way.

The entire process can be run remotely, and for many properties that is the smoothest path, with no travel to coordinate and no schedules to align. If you would love to have us on property to train your team in person, we are happy to be there too. Either way, we will find the approach that feels right for your team and build the plan around it.
Every onboarding includes a dedicated Onboarding Specialist who guides the entire project and handles the project management for you. They keep the timeline on track, coordinate the moving pieces, and make sure you always have a friendly point of contact who knows your hotel.
