We’ve separated the former combined “Add/Edit” permission into two independent controls:

Turndown got a makeover! Turndown tasks can now be created automatically based on:
You can set the rules, including the exact creation time, and Optii handles the rest. This eliminates manual task creation, reduces missed services, and gives your team full control over which guests receive Turndown and when.
You can now decide exactly how Out of Order and Out of Service rooms should be managed, with options to schedule tasks:
Assign cleaning or inspection tasks based on your hotel’s needs, and maintain visibility even when rooms are out of service.
Linen Strip tasks can now be automated and fully tracked. This provides better insight into Houseman workloads, including which rooms were stripped, who completed the task, and how long it took.
This gives your hotel a more accurate view of the complete housekeeping cycle, from stripping to inspection.
The My Jobs view now includes a breakdown of total credits by job type.
Team members can see how their workload is distributed across stayovers, departures, turndowns, and more, helping them pace their day while giving supervisors clearer visibility into credit allocation.
Icons, incoming! Checklist templates can now include icons, making it easier to quickly select the correct checklist, especially when several templates look similar.
