A Dedicated Supervisor View

Our latest release introduces a new Supervisor View, designed specifically for Managers and Supervisors who need clear oversight of inspections, room activity, and team workload.

From this centralized tab, leaders can view all assigned housekeeping jobs, monitor cleans and status updates, track credits and task distribution, and take quick actions like marking rooms DND, Rush, or adding tags.

With advanced filtering by location, section, role, or team member, along with role-based permissions, this new view improves visibility, supports faster decision-making, and reinforces accountability across inspection workflows.

Smarter Housekeeping Rules with Job Add-On Enhancements

This release enhances Housekeeping Rules to support dynamic Job Add-ons tied directly to guest reservations.

Rules now evaluate check-in dates, length of stay, and configured service frequency to automatically create add-on tasks on the appropriate day during a guest’s stay.

This added automation reduces manual task creation while ensuring consistent service delivery. Housekeeping standards are enforced seamlessly without adding complexity to your team’s workflow.

Flexible Pick Up Status Configuration

Recognizing that not every property uses the same operational flow, Pick Up status is now an optional configuration at the property level.

When enabled, existing Pick Up logic remains unchanged. When disabled, teams can streamline workflows without disrupting room status updates or check task creation.

This flexibility allows each property to tailor Optii to its unique processes while maintaining visibility and control.

Saved Filters for Faster Workflows

Optii now allows users to create and save custom filter combinations tied directly to their profile.

Saved Filters persist across sessions and can be applied across the Status Page, My Jobs, and List View, making it easy to return to preferred views without repeatedly reapplying filters.

By reducing repetitive setup, this feature helps teams focus more quickly on relevant, high-priority, or upcoming work.

Custom Tags Directly on Job Cards

Job Card Tags are now visible directly on job cards, providing immediate context without opening the job.

Users can add existing tags inline or create new custom tags at any point in the job lifecycle. Updates are reflected instantly.

This enhancement improves visibility, reduces clicks, and makes it easier to categorize, escalate, or prioritize work in real time.
