INTRODUCTION
Optii Solutions, Inc (“Optii Solutions”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy outlines the steps we take to protect your personal information when you visit, access or use our websites (individually and collectively, the “Site”) and related products and services, including Optii mobile applications, developer platforms, premium services, plug-ins or any content or information provided as part of the Site (the “Services”). The Services include, without limitation, Optii Housekeeping and the Optii Platform. It also describes the personal information that we collect, the purposes for which we use such information, and your choices regarding our use of it. The steps we take to protect your personal information and how you can review and correct your personal information are also covered here. This privacy statement refers to personal information which is information that can be associated with a specific person and used to identify that person. Personal information does not include information that has been de-identified so that it does not identify a specific user, which may be used for any legal purpose.
PARTICIPATION IN THE EU-U.S. DATA PRIVACY FRAMEWORK
Optii complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Optii has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Optii has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF.
We adhere to the principles of notice, choice, accountability for onward transfer, security, data integrity and purpose limitation, access, and recourse, enforcement, and liability as set out by the DPF. These principles guide our handling of personal data to ensure that it is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. ACCOUNTABILITY AND ENFORCEMENT UNDER U.S. LAW
Optii is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) with respect to our adherence to the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Principles. This includes the handling of personal data received from the European Union, United Kingdom (and Gibraltar), and Switzerland.
By participating in the DPF program, we commit to complying with its principles, and any failure to do so may be investigated and enforced by these U.S. regulatory bodies. If there is a violation of the DPF Principles, these authorities may exercise their powers to ensure compliance and resolve any issues.
BINDING ARBITRATION
In compliance with the Data Privacy Framework (DPF), individuals from the European Union, United Kingdom (and Gibraltar), and Switzerland have the possibility, under certain conditions, to invoke binding arbitration to address any residual complaints regarding the handling of their personal data that have not been resolved through other available mechanisms.
If you have exhausted all other dispute resolution procedures, including contacting us directly and utilizing independent dispute resolution mechanisms (such as submitting a complaint to the relevant supervisory authority), you may be able to invoke binding arbitration as a final recourse. This option is available as part of the DPF's Recourse, Enforcement, and Liability Principles. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO PUBLIC AUTHORITIES
Optii may be required to disclose personal information that we process in reliance on the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
We are committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations, and this may involve sharing personal data with government or public authorities when legally obligated to do so. This includes situations where we receive lawful requests from law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or in response to national security concerns.
LIABILITY FOR ONWARD TRANSFERS
We comply with the EU-U.S., UK, and Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, UK, and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions. Optii remains liable for the processing of personal data that we transfer to third parties. This means that if we share personal data with third-party service providers or partners, we ensure that they handle the data in a manner consistent with our commitments under the DPF.
If third parties process personal data in a manner inconsistent with the DPF Principles, Optii will be responsible for the resulting harm unless we can prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
We ensure that all third parties receiving personal data have provided adequate safeguards, either through participation in the DPF or through other lawful mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses, to ensure that personal data is protected.
YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT

DATA WE COLLECT
Generally, you can visit our Site without entering any personal information; however, to use our Services, you must register with us and submit certain personally identifiable information. The personal information we collect may include: contact details, such as your First, Middle and Last Name, title/role, company/organization name, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, and physical address (Country, City, State and Postal Code); information about your company, and job function; your email marketing preferences; financial information (including credit card or account information); information such as your nationality and country of residence that allows us to determine your eligibility under export control regulations to receive information about certain technologies; information used to customize and facilitate your use of our Site or Services, including login and technical information; inquiries about and orders for our products and services; information that assists us in identifying the products and services that best meet your requirements; event registration information; and feedback from you about our Site or Services.

Geo-Location data. We may collect information regarding your location, through the Google Maps API or otherwise.

OUR USE OF COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS
