The iconic Mackinac island property selects Optii for better flow of communication and tracking of service requests 

Austin, Texas: Optii Solutions, the leading hotel operations software, today announced that Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island in Michigan has selected Optii as its hotel operations solution for housekeeping, service, and staff communication.

Grand Hotel joins the Optii family as the third Davidson Hospitality Group property after The Don Cesar and The Alexander. Since first opening in 1887, Grand Hotel continues its legacy as a premier vacation destination on Mackinac Island.
