Smarter Linen Strip Handling
Managing Linen Strip tasks is now simpler and more efficient for your team. With this release, Optii automatically cancels Linen Strip tasks that are no longer needed, helping prevent clutter and confusion in daily job lists.
This ensures your team stays focused on active work while maintaining visibility into tasks that truly require attention.
Improved Validation for Room Status Changes
Optii 3.23.0 introduces enhancements that help you prevent errors when room statuses are updated. When a room is marked clean outside of the standard cleaning flow, Optii ensures an additional check is created to verify the room’s condition, helping prevent human error, eliminate operational confusion, and reinforce Optii as your single source of truth for room cleaning status.
More Control Over VIP and Special Code Stayovers
This release expands flexibility for managing Stayover service based on VIP and Special Codes. You can now better align cleaning routines with guest expectations by customizing how often Stayover rooms are serviced for specific guest profiles.
This helps reduce unnecessary work while supporting a more personalized guest experience.
Inspection Automation for Turndown Service
To support consistent quality during evening service, Optii now allows inspections to be automatically created following Turndown tasks.
This added automation helps you maintain service standards and improves visibility into Turndown operations without adding manual steps.
VIP-Based Stayover Inspection Cadences
In addition to Stayover cleaning flexibility, Optii now supports inspection routines that can be adjusted based on VIP or Special Codes.
This gives your hotel greater control over when inspections are required and when they can be skipped, helping you balance quality control with operational efficiency.
OOO and OOS Visibility in the Rooms View
Optii now provides clearer visibility into Out of Order and Out of Service rooms directly within the Rooms view.
You can easily identify OOO and OOS rooms while still seeing their current cleaning status, improving awareness and coordination across the property.
Room-Level Credit Adjustments
Recognizing that not all rooms are equal, this release introduces the ability to account for differences at the room level.
This added flexibility helps you better align workload expectations with the actual time and effort required for each room.
