Optii 2025: A Year of Momentum & Growth

This year brought plenty of uncertainty to the hospitality industry, including shifting demands, operational pressure, and constant change. But through it all, one thing was clear. This was a year where Optii  showed up.

We built, we grew, we traveled, we listened, and most importantly, we delivered for our customers. From meaningful product advancements to welcoming new partners, properties, and team members, this year marked a major chapter in our journey.

Here’s a look back at what made this year so special.

Building Smarter Tools for Real Hospitality Teams

This year, we continued to invest in making Optii faster, more intuitive, and more aligned with how hospitality teams actually work. Here are a few enhancements we’re especially proud of from this past year.

With the introduction of the Service List View, teams gained new ways to manage and organize service jobs at scale. Bulk actions, improved visibility, and streamlined workflows now allow managers to move through their day more efficiently, with less clicking and more control.

We also expanded our AI-powered capabilities with Job Assist, making it easier than ever to create jobs quickly and accurately. By typing, speaking, or using images, teams can log tasks with less friction and more confidence, simply reviewing, confirming, and moving on.

To help properties better understand their operations, we launched Custom Job Tags. This feature allows teams to categorize and analyze job data in ways that reflect their unique workflows, from VIP guests to special events and recurring challenges.

We rounded out the year with enhancements to My Section and My Job View, improving job transparency and ownership. These views give users clearer insight into what’s assigned to them, what work is being completed in their sections, and which jobs they’ve personally added, supporting accountability and smoother daily operations.

Showing Up Across the Industry

This year, Optii spent a lot of time on the road, and we loved every minute of it.

From HITEC and The Hospitality Show to regional and customer-led events, we connected with operators, partners, and leaders across the industry. We were proud to host and sponsor moments like the HSMAI Happy Hour Hero in Boston, attend NEIRA, and join customers at events with Davidson Hospitality, HEI Hotels & Resorts, and Dragonfly Strategists.

Beyond the panels, meetings, and sessions, some of the best moments came from great conversations and plenty of laughs. Spending time with customers and partners in person is always a highlight for our team.

Growth That Made an Impact

This year was one of Optii’s strongest growth years to date.

  • Over 150 new properties went live on Optii.
  • We welcomed nearly 30 new team members.
  • We celebrated expansions across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.

We were thrilled to partner with new and expanding customers, including Meriton Suites, Staycity, Palisociety, and Giri Hotels, as well as major brand expansions with Marriott, W São Paulo, W Punta Cana, Munich Marriott City West, and Sheraton Stockholm.

We also deepened our ecosystem through exciting partnerships with Medallia, D3X, and Akia, helping properties connect operations, guest experience, and communication more seamlessly than ever.

And of course, we celebrated alongside our customers, from Housekeeping Week pizza parties to on-property moments that reminded us why this work matters!

Growing Together as a Team

While the business grew, so did our people.

This year, we made a conscious effort to spend more time together, gathering frequently at our Austin office to collaborate, plan, and celebrate wins in person. We welcomed nearly 30 new Optii teammates and continued to invest in building a culture rooted in trust, learning, and shared purpose.

From pumpkin carving and Thanksgiving cooking classes to customer visits and team off-sites, these moments strengthened the relationships behind the work and reminded us that growth is better when it’s shared.

Looking Ahead

This year proved what’s possible when the right people, the right product, and the right partnerships come together.
